PFS Internet Development has several clients. The majority of activities are undertaken with:

• Network Startup Resource Center, based at the University of Oregon, United States.
• Cenpac Net, based in the Republic of Nauru
• European Internet Exchange Association, based in London, UK.
• Asia Pacific Internet Association Pty Ltd, based in Brisbane, Australia
• Bhutan Telecom, based in Thimphu, Bhutan

Other work undertaken by PFS Internet Development includes with the ITU, the Internet Society and APRICOT.
